As of the 1st of July 2007 all premises will need to display no smoking signs that meet the requirements of the law. Signs will need to be displayed in your place of work in all company vehicles and all public buildings. The signs need to state that No smoking is permited in these premises or vehicles and only allowed in the designated smoking areas provied. On the spot fine will be isued to any persons smoking in a clearly signed no smoking premises or vehicles.
